Below is an explosive infographic of Dim Sum that can be set up in any Chinese restaurant. This is what you would see when you come into a Chinese restaurant. On the left, shows the drinks and condiments that are available in most Chinese restaurants. If you look down even more, it shows the restaurant's system; it shows the hierarchy of who are in charge of what. On the right hand side shows the ingredients for each of the dishes.
